Will my QR codes still work during an outage?

QR codes link to hosted feedback forms. If feedback forms are unavailable, customers may not be able to submit until service is restored. Submitted responses are kept, and the same QR codes work again once the forms are back.

How often is this page updated?

This page checks when you open it and again every 60 seconds.
